This Warranty Statement “Warranty” governs the coverage, claims process, and limitations of the warranty for Vernte products. By purchasing and using a Vernte product, you agree to comply with this warranty. Please read it carefully, as it outlines your rights, responsibilities, and the conditions under which warranty service is provided.

Warranty coverage

To ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our craftsmanship, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy that covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use.   If you disagree with these Terms, we request you refrain from using Vernte.com. Vernte reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the site means you’re accepting any changes.

Please take a look at the following terms and conditions carefully.

1.  Coverage Overview

1.1 Vernte products are warranted against defects in materials and artistry under normal use for the specified warranty period, starting from the date of purchase.
1.2 This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
1.3 The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material or structural failures, and defects in electronic components.

2. Warranty Period

2.1 Smart Headphones: 1-year limited warranty.
2.2 Smartwatches: 1-year limited warranty.
2.3 Earbuds: 6-month limited warranty.
2.4 Bluetooth Speakers: 1-year limited warranty.
2.5 Extended warranty options may be available for purchase.

3. What Is Not Covered

3.1 The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
3.2 It excludes accidental damage, including drops, spills, or unauthorized repairs.
3.3 Wear and tear from normal use, including cosmetic damage, is not covered.
3.4 Damage resulting from use with incompatible accessories or third-party products is excluded.
3.5 Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand are not covered under this warranty.

4. Warranty Claim Process

4.1 To make a warranty claim, contact our customer support team at customerservice@vernte.com with the following information: proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation), a description of the issue and how it occurred, and photographic or video evidence of the defect, if applicable.
4.2 Our team will review your claim and give instructions for returning the product if needed.
4.3 Once the product is received and inspected, Vernte will repair, replace, or refund the item at its discretion.

5. Repair and Replacement

5.1 If a product is deemed defective and covered under warranty, Vernte will repair the product using original parts, replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value, or issue a refund if repair or replacement is impossible.
5.2 The repaired or replaced product will be covered under the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

6. Shipping Costs

6.1 For valid warranty claims, Vernte will cover the shipping costs for returning the product and sending the repaired or replacement unit back to the customer.
6.2 The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs for claims deemed invalid or outside the warranty scope.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Vernte’s liability is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the defective product.
7.2 Vernte shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, revenue, or profits.

8. International Warranty

8.1 Warranty coverage may vary by country based on local regulations and the availability of authorized service centers.
8.2 Products purchased outside the United States may need to be returned to the original point of purchase for warranty service.

9. Updates to the Warranty Policy

9.1 Vernte reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time.
9.2 Any changes will be effective for products purchased after the updated policy is published.
